Getting recruitment right is essential. Across the Civil Service, we must ensure that the recruitment process is fair and gives us the best chance of selecting the right candidate. Getting it wrong impacts the candidate, the team, the organisation and the citizens we serve. These digital courses introduce the recruitment process and Success Profiles framework showing how the framework is used at every stage of the process and how by delivering a consistent approach to recruitment we can increase the chances of finding the right person for the right job.
