Curriculum Updates

The demands of delivering modern-day public services mean that civil servants are continually asked to work in different ways, incorporating new ideas, approaches and technologies. It’s therefore vital that the training we make available to all civil servants also continues to evolve.

That’s why we’re constantly working with our consortium partners to extend and refine our training offer. As new demands are made of civil servants and their departments, we’ll keep deploying new courses and programmes to help develop the skills needed to meet those emerging demands.

New Digital and Data courses now available

Governments around the world are shifting towards a more data-driven approach, recognising that sharing data both within and among departments can significantly enhance efficiency and public service. However, common challenges and misconceptions about data sharing can cause reluctance. There's now a growing effort to boost data awareness among staff responsible for data management, emphasising the crucial role they play in ensuring the quality and utility of data. To support this, new courses digital and data courses have recently been added to the curriculum.
