The Cabinet Secretary, Dame Antonio Romeo, will set out a plan to future-proof the Civil Service for decades to come, and ensure the public recognises the world-class institution for its excellence in delivery, accountability and innovation.
Dame Antonio Romeo shared her positive north-star message to support this change: ‘make it happen, make it better, make it count’. These guiding principles aim to inspire civil servants to stay curious, safely harness technological and AI change and enhance public trust across the institution.
