This workshop begins by exploring the roots of conflict and hostility in both personal and professional settings. Participants will learn to identify early warning signs of escalating tension, understand the psychological and emotional triggers behind hostile behaviour, and recognise their own conflict styles. Through interactive discussions and real-life scenarios, attendees will gain insight into how miscommunication, unmet needs, and cultural differences can fuel conflict. This foundational knowledge sets the stage for developing empathy and emotional intelligence as tools for de-escalation.
Building on this understanding, the second part of the workshop focuses on practical techniques for managing and resolving conflict.
