Olympus DS9000/9500 Voice Recorder and Digital Dictation Management Software (ODMS Dictation Module)
Enables you to capture audio dictations, such as urgent tasks, webinars or meetings. Subscription based Olympus Dictation mobile app (Apple or Android) is also an option. Create and send audio recordings to a recipient or yourself for later transcription.

If you also have desktop speech recognition software, such as Dragon, then this can be integrated with the ODMS Dictation Module. If you prefer to route your digital dictations to a secretary for transcription then the secretary would need to have the AS9000 Transcription Kit – includes a USB foot pedal, stereo headphones and ODMS Transcription Module. Audio recordings use 256-bit encryption. Voice recorder also use PIN security to unlock the device. WiFi option available (DS9500) only.

A 3-hour (provided on-site/face to face) training session is provided. Post-training technical support and PDF reference guide is also included.
