Microsoft Project is a project management software that’s used to create schedules, project plans, manage resources and keep track of time. It has features such as Gantt charts, Kanban
board and project calendars for project management professionals.

This introductory course will equip delegates with a good working knowledge and the ability to work confidently and efficiently to generate a plan, assign resources to tasks, track progress, manage budgets and analyse workloads.

This course is highly interactive with exercises to be completed during the training. Delegates will be supplied with a comprehensive manual for post course support.
