The Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA) v1.0 course gives you a broad range of fundamental knowledge for all IT careers. The course covers configuring network components, such as switches, routers and wireless LAN controllers, as well as managing network devices and identifying basic security threats. This course includes the relevant examination.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
