This blended online course is designed for public servants to learn what 'designing a digital service' actually means and master the step-by-step process of doing so.
All learners receive lifetime access to the online course, including a virtual course discussion forum with UK public servants. A range of cohort delivery options, from 30 to 1000 learners, are available for teams of all shapes and sizes. Depending on the option selected, cohort delivery can include:
- A comprehensive resource pack for cohort leads, featuring guidance on running internal events, peer-to-peer learning and optimising learner engagement.
- A live online session for participants to share, consolidate and contextualise learning.
- An online expert masterclass focused on the most relevant aspect of the course for the group, tailored to each department, organisation or team in the cohort.
- Regular reporting for cohort leads on uptake, engagement and completion.
- A learning outcomes report.
