This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 December 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 November 2025.

The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again once the new contract is live.

🕮 Off the shelf (OTS)

The ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders has become an increasingly important competence in many roles - in particular, project management, business analysis, change management, product ownership, service design and customer journey management. This 2-day course covers the essential frameworks and principles associated with effective stakeholder engagement during business change projects and programmes. There are no pre-requisites for course attendance. The content aligns with the BCS Professional Certificate in Stakeholder Engagement examination, a module of the Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis.

A printed copy of the latest edition of the comprehensive course manual will be sent to your home address in good time for the start of your course. In addition, a link will be emailed to you to enable you to access an electronic copy of the same comprehensive manual for convenient future reference.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible on Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
