This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 December 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 November 2025.
The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again once the new contract is live.

Off the shelf (OTS)
On our Foundation in Business Change training course you’ll become familiar with the business change lifecycle. As the course progresses you will also discover the techniques used in the development of business change made possible by IT.
Some of the key topics here include business change implementation, benefits management and business and IT alignment. This course is structured in a way that mirrors the actual business change process. You will cover everything from the initial investigation of the organisation, to the business change lifecycle and the implementation of the proposed changes.
Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
