The course is designed to ensure the learner has suitable knowledge of the core concepts of Agile practices, the Agile values and principles, across a breadth of Agile methodologies.

This course includes the relevant methods and approaches for agile teams, including Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) Atern, Kanban, Lean Software Development and Lean Startup.

The relevant exam is included in this learning.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
