AgileSHIFT^® is an AXELOS standard aimed at providing every function of an organisation with knowledge and guidance to be able to understand, engage with and influence change by embracing agile and lean ways of working. The AgileSHIFT^® training course is a 2-day programme focusing on an interactive experience through facilitator presentation, role-plays, class and group discussions and exercises.
