Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

This Programme has been designed for ITIL4 Practice Owners, to build their foundational competence, enhance role-specific expertise and to foster long-term development. Over 12 months, delegates attend a variety of best practice courses, and an Experiential learning day to truly test and embed the knowledge gained.

There are no prerequisites for this programme, simply a willingness to learn.

After attending the programme, you will be able to apply all necessary skills to fully inhabit the Practice Owner role. From understanding how your Practice sits within the full ITIL lifecycle, to best supporting your Practice Manager.

There are multiple exams throughout the programme, including: ITIL®4 Foundation, ITIL®4 Specialist – Create, Deliver and Support (CDS), ITIL®4 Specialist – Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV), ITIL®4 Specialist – High Velocity IT (HVIT) and ITIL®4 Strategist – DirectPlan and Improve (DPI)

All best practice courses have different pre course requirements and preparations. Please refer to the associated exam bodies website for further clarification.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
