Practice Manager Programme

This Programme has been designed for ITIL4 Practice Managers, to build their foundational competence, enhance role-specific expertise and to foster long-term development. Over 12 months delegates attend a variety of best practice courses, and an Experiential learning day to truly test and embed the knowledge gained.

After attending the year long programme, you will be able to apply all necessary skills to fully inhabit the Practice Manager role. From understanding how your Practice sits within the full ITIL lifecycle, to running an Agile Project underpinned by key Change Management techniques.

There are no prerequisites for this programme, simply a willingness to learn.

There are multiple exams throughout the programme including: ITIL®4 Foundation, ITIL®4 Specialist – Create, Deliver and Support (CDS), ITIL®4 Practice Certifications x 5, APMG Agile PM® Foundation and APMG Change Management Foundation.

All best practice courses have different pre-course requirements and preparations. Please refer to the associated exam bodies website for further clarification.
