Off the shelf (OTS)

This self-paced Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is ideal for professionals who want to build foundational process improvement capability without prior experience. Delivered over two days, it equips participants with key Lean and Six Sigma tools to support and contribute within improvement teams.

Participants discover how to define, measure, analyse, improve, and control process issues using the DMAIC framework. They also explore Lean principles aimed at eliminating waste and adding value. The course prepares learners to assist in smaller localised projects and to work effectively under Green or Black Belt leadership.

Designed for team members to contribute to quality improvement goals, and suitable across business areas such as operations, service, or admin roles.
