Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
This course introduces the principles of continuous improvement through the lens of Lean Six Sigma, using a highly interactive format. Ideal for individuals or teams new to process improvement, the course builds shared understanding around the tools, language, and philosophy that underpin successful change.
Through practical simulation and discussion, participants will explore how to identify and reduce waste, improve processes without compromising quality, and apply the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) framework. The course promotes consistent improvement language across departments and helps embed a culture of fact-based decision making.
This short course is well suited for awareness-raising sessions, team onboarding, or as a first step toward formal Lean Six Sigma certification.
