The ITIL® Strategy (Version 5) course equips learners with the knowledge and tools to develop, implement, and sustain effective strategy in modern, digital, and AI enabled organisations. Participants learn how strategy operates across products, services, and operating models, and how to translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes using the ITIL Strategy Management Model.
This course is aimed at professionals involved in IT service strategy, governance or transformation, and will be of interest to IT leaders, service managers and consultants, typically suited to those with existing ITIL knowledge and experience who are looking to develop strategic, organisation level capabilities.
