This course is an ITIL Extension Module.

The ITIL®4 Specialist: IT Asset Management course is designed for IT professionals who are involved in managing costs and risks, monitoring and ensuring compliance, and good governance of IT assets. There is a 90 minute, closed book, multiple choice examination associated with this course. This exam is online and can be booked at a time of the delegate’s choosing once the course has finished and will be invigilated virtually by PeopleCert.

Prerequisites: An ITIL® 4 or ITIL® v3 Foundation certificate is mandatory.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
