The course explores when and how to better develop and integrate the supply chain and continuity management disciplines and life cycles. All organisations large and small are increasingly dependent on their suppliers, supply chains and outsourced operations to provide vital aspects of their products and services to customers yet suffer from confused internal strategies and policies from departments with historically siloed perspectives. This course will look at how best to align departmental priorities and form a consistent approach to suppliers, partners and other interested parties in the supply chain.
