ISO 22000 is an internationally recognised standard that specifies the requirements of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS). ISO 22000 standard allows a company to show their customers that they have a food safety management system in place and their products are prepared to support their consumers' well-being.

In this 2-day ISO 22000 Internal Auditor training course, delegates will gain the required knowledge and skills to perform an internal audit based on ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) requirements.

Delegates will learn various concepts such as introduction to food safety, aims, benefits, principles of FSMS, internal management system audit, HACCP System, and many more. They will also cover HACCP System concepts during this training.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible on Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
