ISO 22000 is an internationally recognised standard that can be applied to any organisation in the food chain, farm to fork. ISO 22000 allows a company to show their customers that they have a food safety management system in place.

It helps individuals to manage the safety of their products and the well-being of their consumers. ISO 22000 also helps organisations to minimise food risks and enhance their brand's reputation in the market.

In this 1-day ISO 22000 Foundation Training course, delegates will gain essential information on food safety management. During this training, delegates will learn fundamental concepts of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) such as principles, benefits, process approach, requirements, plan, scope, the aim of food safety, clauses of ISO 22000, and many more.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible on Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
