Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

In this course you will gain foundational knowledge on both broad and global concepts of privacy and data protection laws and practice. An introduction to information security concepts and information security management and governance will be covered, including frameworks, controls and identity and access management.This course includes the relevant examination.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
