Overview

The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book.

This course is not available after 31 October 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the course, so by 19 September 2025.

We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live. If you require this product before then, please contact your organisation’s L&D team.

This content package provides continuous professional development (CPD) for RICS Members by surveying area. It includes areas such as built environment and construction, commercial real estate, valuation and investment advisory, residential real estate, and land and natural resources. In addition, subscribers have access to the World Built Environment Forum, thought leadership content and conferences, which can be accessed via the RICS website.
