Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
The MSc Quantity Surveying is a postgraduate degree that is Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and leads to Membership (MRICS) on passing the Assessment of Professional Competence. It is one of the degrees that is accredited for Graduate Route 1 for Chartered Surveyors. It is suitable for all graduates who wish to become Chartered Surveyors.
Students will develop the knowledge and understanding of commercial management of construction that is required to practise as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
The degree is taught by Tutor supported Online Learning and there is no requirement to travel for any activities. All assessment is online and there are no formal examinations, hence no requirements to travel. Students across the globe will access the same learning materials and assessment. Candidates must hold a minimum of a 2-2 at bachelor's level.
