Off the shelf (OTS)

The Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) guidance provides advice, supported by discussion and examples, on how to develop a governance structure that helps optimise an organisation's investment in change alongside its business as usual work.

The course will to provide learners with a comprehensive and applied understanding of the P3O advice and to prepare learners for the P3O Practitioner Certificate examination.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
