Off the shelf (OTS)
The Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®) guidance provides advice, supported by discussion and examples, on how to develop a governance structure that helps optimise an organisation’s investment in change alongside its business as usual work.
This foundation course, based on the 2013 guidance, comprises 3 days of trainer led instruction, with the foundation examination on day 3 of the course.
Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
