Overview

Off the shelf (OTS)

This 3-day course provides you with a thorough understanding of the internationally recognised programme management methodology, managing successful programmes (MSP). This will help develop the skills you need to confidently use MSP to work within a programme. Ideally, you should already have some experience of managing or working with programmes before booking. Some prior knowledge of, or exposure to, a project management methodology would also be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
