Off the shelf (OTS)

The Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI) course is designed to help participants manage, scale, and continuously improve Kanban systems across multiple connected workflows to optimise flow and drive evolutionary change in organisations.

Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
