This course outlines the characteristics of a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), how portfolio management disciplines and techniques can maximise and realise business value and how to align services with business needs. You’ll also explore business strategy formulation, business transition management and how to communicate persuasively to manage stakeholders effectively.
