Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
Managing Benefits provides managers and practitioners from multiple disciplines, working in a wide variety of organisations, with generally applicable guidance encompassing benefits management principles, practices and techniques that enable organisations to optimise the return from their investments in change.
All learners will be given the opportunity to sit the Managing Benefits Foundation examination in the late afternoon of the third day of the course.
Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible on Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
