This course is designed for individuals who are responsible for, involved in, or affected by organisational change, including change managers, project managers, business analysts, team leaders and operational professionals.

Based on The Effective Change Manager's Handbook, this APMG-accredited foundation course provides an introduction to recognised change management principles, models and techniques. Learners will explore how change impacts individuals, teams and organisations, and develop practical approaches to stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational readiness.
