The Project, Planning and Control (PPC) Foundation course is the first step in learning how to understand and apply effective planning tools and techniques, as well as discovering how to assert control in projects. Projects naturally involve a level of uncertainty, and this course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to manage and reduce uncertainty during project delivery according to APM best practice. The course is designed for professionals seeking to improve project planning and control capabilities, offering practical insights and structured methodologies to enhance project success.
