Based on the fundamentals of the dynamic systems development method (DSDM) Agile project framework, this course helps you to deliver Agile projects in organisations that require standards, rigour and visibility around their project management. Designed for project managers and anyone else involved in project management, it is especially useful for anyone in engineering and information technology development for software projects and product or application development.
