In most organizations, purpose, policy and leadership challenges can be framed as a tension between two or more desirable value propositions in apparent conflict such as the good values and behaviours we have and the new ones we desire. We define these competing demands as dilemmas.

The objective of Dilemma Reconciliation is to take participants from linear or bi polar thinking (either A or B ) to dimensional thinking (A and B). It will encourage including diversity of thought and create commitment to be part of the strategic solution.
