Our world is facing more intense and wide-ranging change than ever before, particularly change driven by the adoption of ever more smart, effective, and pervasive automation technologies. Integrating foresight with a people-centric change approach can be a critical enabler of future success for your organisation.
The aim of the course is to explore the integration of foresight methodology with well-known change models and frameworks with the objective of designing, developing, and implementing people focused organisational change that is future (and not past or present) ready. After all, it was former US President J.F. Kennedy who said, “Change is the law of life, and those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.”
This one-day masterclass has been specifically designed to be interactive and collaborative and includes; PowerPoint based presentations to introduce concepts and ideas, group work supported by question focused templates to provide practical experiences for the delegates, and plenary discussion and feedback sessions to help share learning and build on ideas.
