This workshop will help you create better policies by engaging more effectively with stakeholders and citizens. You will explore the benefits of involvement and how to establish purpose and boundaries. You will learn strategies for bringing citizens into the policy process, how to collaborate well with stakeholders, and how to strengthen your connection to front-line staff.
You will find out how to use communications approaches as a policy lever in their own right, and how to work with communications professionals to share key messages about your policy. Discussions and practical exercises will help you develop involvement and engagement strategies for your policy.
