Off the shelf (OTS)

This workshop will be of value to those in policy teams or starting to work on policy and who wish to develop their understanding of the policy process. It will also be of value to staff who wish to know more about policy development for their career progression. It examines designing policies from the citizen’s views and needs rather than the Government’s priorities and systems. Outcomes include development and mapping of customer journeys, identifying key intervention points, and raising levels of trust and satisfaction in citizens on the policies that affect them.
