Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
Equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is central to organisation development (OD) and organisation design (ODes)– and vice-versa. Organisations thrive when diverse voices are at the centre. Even with the best intentions, this is impossible without thoughtfully designed organisational structures and processes that enable this. It is surprisingly challenging to get both OD and ODes aligned around EDI in a helpful way – and to keep both practices continuously alive as new opportunities and challenges emerge.
This webinar will engage with the real-world lived experience of practitioners seeking to pursue EDI through OD and ODes in challenging, resource-poor contexts. Critically – as this is a webinar for expert practitioners – the focus will be strategic and long-term and on how to develop the capacity of those around you to be similarly minded and skilled.
