Supervision for OD&D Practitioners
Supervision is the process of externally supported reflection with someone who sits outside the system. For Organisation Design & Development (OD&D) practitioners, supervision helps deepen understanding of our roles, ourselves, and the contexts in which we operate—ultimately making us more effective in our work.
A range of supervision formats designed to meet the diverse needs and budgets of in-house teams:
•Virtual individual supervision
•Virtual group supervision
•Face-to-face group supervision
These formats foster vibrant communities of practice and provide a space for enquiry through connection—guiding practitioners through challenges toward clearer understanding. Supervision encompasses a wide range of considerations, from support and knowledge to ethics and organisational context.
This service is particularly beneficial for professionals working in large, complex, distributed, and decentralised organisations. It supports:
•Practitioners in Organisational Development or Organisational Effectiveness
•Programme Managers, Change Leads, and Strategy Leads
•Those responsible for driving cultural change
•Individuals seeking to refine their approach, navigate relationship challenges, and build confidence
•Professionals aiming to develop expertise in collaborative change
•Those working to foster a culture of continuous improvement
•Freelance OD&D consultants looking for a supportive community of practice
The supervision expert will tailor their approach to the individual’s career stage and development needs.
