As the shifts in the employment landscape continue organisations are increasingly aware of the importance of culture to attracting, retaining and engaging the right employees. In light of this, it is ever more important that all people professionals have a sound understanding of organisation culture and behaviour and the symbiotic impact of both on performance.

The aim of this introductory programme is to give learners the essential knowledge needed to understand how culture relates to their environment, provide appropriate tools and models that can be readily applied and, allow learners to plan further learning on the topic.
