This course has been designed by the Operational Delivery profession in conjunction with the Chartered Management Institute. Lasting either 12 months for the Certificate or 18 months for the Diploma, it plays an important part in the continued development of leaders within the profession.

The topics covered within this course include managing organisational culture; developing networks; ethical organisational management; and planning a change process.
