Written evidence is vital: good written evidence promotes early settlement of civil cases and success in criminal cases.

This course assists delegates to understand what is required from statements or reports in order to improve their credibility, structure and style. Delegates will consider the source and weight of evidence to be included and will practise drafting statements or reports with clarity and objectivity.

This course can count towards the 8-day nationally recognised qualification - the Advanced Professional Certificate In Investigative Practice.
