Delegates will explore types of evidence (including physical, digital, documentary, and witness evidence), relevant legislation, and the principles of continuity, integrity, and proportionality.

Through scenario-based activities and discussion, the course helps learners build the confidence and skills needed to gather evidence lawfully, ethically, and in a way that stands up to scrutiny in court or disciplinary proceedings.
