This two-day course is designed for investigators, analysts, and case managers involved in the development and coordination of complex investigations, particularly those involving conspiracies or organised offending.
The training focuses on how to identify, build, and manage conspiracy cases, using a structured and legally robust approach. Delegates will explore investigative strategies, the legal framework surrounding conspiracy offences, evidence collation, linkage of suspects, and how to manage multi-suspect investigations from planning through to prosecution.
Using real-life examples and practical exercises, the course provides a clear understanding of how to present conspiracy cases to the CPS and courts, ensuring investigative integrity, proportionality, and compliance with disclosure obligations.
