The Uncertainty and Change Ready Leader is a new three-hour in-person session built from the Decisiveness Crisis research and the wider Uncertainty Experts evidence base. Designed for leadership tiers whose work is shaped by sustained change, ambiguity and consequential decision making.
Content covers:
- The Decisiveness Crisis: why senior leaders perform certainty and the cost to teams
- Fear, Fog and Stasis as biological responses to uncertainty
- The four drivers of change readiness: Uncertainty Tolerance, confidence, decisiveness and adaptability
- Structured practice on a current decision each participant is sitting with
- A facilitated debrief that connects personal patterns to team and organisational signal
Designed for senior leaders, executive teams and people managers carrying decision weight in their roles. Pre-work is light: a ten-minute pre-read. Includes pre- and post-assessment with live data shown to participants at the close. No exam, no assessment, no formal qualification applies. Maximum cohort size: fifty.
