Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
The SFJ Awards Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development will provide people who carry out learning and development roles in their organisation with the opportunity to develop and improve their practice as well as achieving a professional qualification for the role.
The learners will achieve 33 credits from the set units, and these will be assessed through 8 assignments, 1 professional discussion, 1 observation and 3 work products planned over the course of the programme to demonstrate the learners knowledge and skills.
If learners have completed the SFJ Awards Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development, they can carry over 2 units as a recognition of prior learning, this should be discussed with Premier Partnership at the time of booking.
Learners will have 24/7 access to our bespoke virtual learning environment that contains all the assessment material, support material as well as helpful hints and tips and contacts for our qualifications team. This is a 195 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) qualification, this is made up of the virtual session attended and directed self-led learning
