Overview
This product is not available via the Learning Frameworks service after 31 October 2025. We suggest bookings are made six weeks before the start date of the learning, so by 19 September 2025.
The contract that facilitates this service ends on 30 April 2026. Because of this, there will be some changes to the learning available to book. We expect that you will be able to book this product again from May 2026, once the new contract is live.

Off the shelf (OTS)
The SFJ Awards Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development has been designed to meet the initial and continuing professional development needs of the learning and development practitioner.
This qualification will develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of practitioners to plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and development. Practitioners will also develop the necessary knowledge and skills to implement assessment and quality assurance activities. The learners will achieve 30 credits from the set units and these will be assessed through 8 assignments, 1 professional discussion, 1 observation and 3 work products planned over the course of the programme to demonstrate the learners knowledge and skills.
Delivery will be virtual and the learners will have 24/7 access to our bespoke virtual learning environment that contains all the assessment material, support material as well as helpful hints and tips and contacts for our qualifications team.

This is a 120 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) qualification, this is made up of the virtual session attended and directed self-led learning
