Overview
Off the shelf (OTS)
This is the Prosci® introductory workshop which provides participants with an understanding of the fundamental concepts and organisational benefits of effective change management. During the practical and interactive workshop, the team learn how to apply the five tenets of change management to a specific project or change initiative to build awareness and desire for change management. Participants have the opportunity to learn and apply some foundational Prosci® concepts and assessments.
Each workshop participant receives preparation (reading and pre-work, up to 1 hour), 1 day workshop, including 12 months access to Prosci Portal (cloud-hosted) workshop resources and a Prosci® Single User License. Following completion of the workshop, participants are eligible to receive a Prosci Certificate of Attendance.
