Off the shelf (OTS)
The 3-day Prosci® Change Management Practitioner Certification course provides participants with a recognised methodology and toolkit for managing change in their organisations. Prosci’s methodology (including Prosci® ADKAR® Model) has been adopted by more than 80% of the world’s largest organisations and is founded on Prosci’s global research.
Successful completion of this course requires access an external online assessment. The online assessment platform may not be accessible from Civil Service department IT due to security restrictions.
