Timings
The programme runs over six months and includes ten live, three-hour workshops via Microsoft Teams. Participants also deliver five real-life team coaching sessions. The total learning commitment is approximately 100 hours.

Programme Purpose
To equip experienced coaches with the tools, confidence, and ethical foundation to lead psychologically safe, purposeful, and impactful team coaching engagements.

Who Should Attend This Programme?
• Practising coaches seeking to expand into team coaching
• 100+ hours of 1:1 coaching experience
• EMCC Individual Accreditation at Practitioner level or above (bridging available)
• Prior experience facilitating groups or teams is strongly recommended

Format
• 10 x live, 3-hour workshops delivered online via Microsoft Teams
• 5 x 3-hour applied team coaching sessions (15 hours total)
• Reflective journals, quizzes, and contributions to an online community
• Pre-work, video content, and self-assessment activities
• 2,000-word written case study

Programme Award
This programme is accredited by EMCC Global and carries the Team Coaching Quality Award (TCQA) at Practitioner level.

Individual Accreditation
Graduates will be eligible for EMCC Individual Team Coach Accreditation (ITCA) at Practitioner level, subject to EMCC membership and existing Practitioner-level accreditation as a coach.
